Lamb chops seasoned with our Lavender Herb de Provence and topped off with our Lavender Sea Salt. The aromatic blend of herbs and the subtle floral notes from the lavender create a truly unique dining experience.

- Lamb Chops
- Herb de Provence
- Garlic Powder
- Olive Oil
- Lavender Sea Salt
Directions
- Start by seasoning your lamb chops with the Herb de Provence and garlic powder.
- Drizzle the oil into your frying pan on medium-high heat. When oil is hot, sear your lamb on both sides.
- Once both sides have a nice sear, add 1/3 cup of water or broth. Cover and let simmer until your lamb reaches an internal temperature of 145F degrees.
- Remove from pan and sprinkle with lavender sea salt and let rest.
- Optional: Make a cornstarch slurry to turn any remaining liquid into a gravy for your lamb.
- Pair with your favourite veggies or salad and enjoy!
